Rocha Pear Pie
Ingredients
2 kg Rocha Pear
150 g Sugar
100 g Butter
Flaky Pastry
Preparation
1. Put the sugar and the butter in a frying pan;
2. Put the Rocha Pears peeled and cut into quarters over preparated in the frying pan;
3. Let it cook slowly for approximately an hour;
4. Cut a circle of flaky pastry and cover the Rocha Pears;
5. Take it to bake in a preheated over at 200º for fifteen minutes;
6. Unmold turning the frying pan on a plate. Beware of the caramel to the unmold;
7. Can serve and delight yourself.
