Rocha Pear Mousse
Preparation
1. Peel the Rocha Pears, cutting into pieces and drizzlewith lemon juice;
2. Add to the Rocha Pears the sweetener, 4 water tablespoons and bake in oven for 10 minutes;
3. Put the gelatine leaves in cold water for 5 minutes;
4. Take out the prepared from heat, mash into purée and bring back on the stove and boil;
5. Add the uncoloured gelatine (without water) and stir well;
6. Remove from the heat, allowed to cool to add the yogurt;
7. Take the cold and garnish with mint leaves;
8. Can serve and delight yourself.

640 g Rocha Pear
2 Natural Yogurt
6 Sheets of Uncoloured Gelatine
2 Sweetener Powdered Tablespoons
1 Lemon
Mint Leaves
